Es una obligación moral del Fiscal General y del Juez aclarar al pueblo que los ha hecho favorecer a un sociópata como Rodrigo Chávez quien es un depredador irrefrenable, quien ha utilizado la violencia planificada, y ha mostrado ser un sujeto carente de emociones, que por los niveles de violencia, crueldad y perversión se convierte en una amenaza para la seguridad colectiva. Es necesario que se investigue si ha existido injerencias para favorecer a un homicida y ha prevalecido ser hijo de un ex casiller y el vicepresidente de una empresa de explotación minera.
